If you have been running a fever (99.6 or higher) or having a cough or shortness of breath (more than seasonal allergies), please reschedule your appointment.
If you have been in direct contact with someone with these symptoms or who has been diagnosed with Coronavirus, please reschedule.
If you have travelled to high risk areas within the last two weeks, please reschedule.
Please maintain social distancing as much as possible while in our clinic for your visit today.
What We Are Doing:
Sick employees are not allowed to come to work.
We are washing hands and utilizing hand sanitizer between and during patient visits.
We are constantly and diligently cleaning all work surfaces and patient rooms.
Magazines and other disposables have been removed from our clinic.
We are limiting taking vitals and trying to maintain social distancing as much as possible.
Avoid handshaking and practice social distancing.
