Our group consists of three physicians and over 30 dedicated team members working to provide quality comprehensive care in the field of rheumatology. Our clinic provides infusion services, radiology, and full-fledged laboratory services. Advanced clinical research opportunities are also available.

Naga Bushan, M.D.

Dr. Bushan received his M.D. degree from Gandhi Medical College in Hyderabad, India. He did his residency in Internal Medicine at Huron Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Bushan did his fellowship in Rheumatology at the Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA.

Dr. Bushan is board certified in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology (American Board of Internal Medicine).

Dr. Bushan has been practicing Rheumatology in Lubbock since 1990. He participates in clinical research, which enables his patients to access the latest drugs in the field of Rheumatology.

Dr. Bushan is a member of various medical societies including the American Medical Association and the American College of Rheumatology. He is the President of the Lubbock Crosby Garza Medical Society. He is a clinical assistant professor of Internal Medicine at the Texas Tech Health Sciences Center.

Michael Calmes, M.D., M.B.A.

Dr. Calmes received his M.D. degree from the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, Texas. Dr. Calmes did his residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Rheumatology at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, Texas. He also obtained his MBA in health management at Texas Tech.

Dr. Calmes is board certified in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology (American Board of Internal Medicine). He participates in clinical research, which enables his patients to access the latest drugs in the field of Rheumatology.

He is a member of various medical societies including the Texas Medical Association, the American College of Physicians, and the American College of Rheumatology.

Jose Del Giudice, M.D.

Dr. Del Giudice received his M.D. degree from the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic. He did his residency in Internal Medicine at Salvador B. Gautier Hospital in Santo Domingo. He did his fellowship in Rheumatology at the El Instituto Nacional de la Nutricion Hospital of the University of Mexico in Mexico City. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at our Lady of Mercy Medical Center in Bronx, New York. He finished a second fellowship in Rheumatology at the West Chester County Medical Center in Valhalla, New York.

Dr. Del Giudice was board certified in Rheumatology in Mexico (Mexican Board of Rheumatology) in 1980. He is currently board certified in Rheumatology (American Board of Internal Medicine).

He was a professor in Rheumatology in several universities in the Dominican Republic. He served as a post graduate attending physician of Internal Medicine in the Dominican Republic.

He is a member of various medical societies including the Texas Medical Association, the American College of Physicians, and the American College of Rheumatology.

Dr. Del Giudice speaks both English and Spanish. He practices pediatric and adult Rheumatology.
