Providers & Staff

Consists of four board-certified physicians, three nurse practitioners and over 30 dedicated staff members. Our clinic provides infusion services, radiology, and laboratory services.

Naga Bushan, M.D.

Dr. Bushan received his M.D. degree from Gandhi Medical College in Hyderabad, India. He did his residency in Internal Medicine at Huron Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Bushan did his fellowship in Rheumatology at the Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA.

Dr. Bushan is board certified in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology (American Board of Internal Medicine).

Dr. Bushan has been practicing Rheumatology in Lubbock since 1990. He participates in clinical research, which enables his patients to access the latest drugs in the field of Rheumatology.

Dr. Bushan is a member of various medical societies including the American Medical Association and the American College of Rheumatology. He has served as the President of the Lubbock Crosby Garza Medical Society. He is a clinical assistant professor of Internal Medicine at the Texas Tech Health Sciences Center.

Michael Calmes, M.D., M.B.A.

Dr. Calmes received his M.D. degree from the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, Texas. Dr. Calmes also completed his residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Rheumatology at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, Texas. Later in his career he obtained his MBA in health management at Texas Tech.

Dr. Calmes is board certified in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology (American Board of Internal Medicine). He participates in clinical research, which enables his patients to access the latest drugs in the field of Rheumatology.

He is a member of various medical societies including the Texas Medical Association, the American College of Physicians, and the American College of Rheumatology.

Larry Liu, M.D.

Dr. Liu received his M.D. degree from the University of Texas at Houston School in 2014. He did his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. Dr. Liu finally completed his fellowship in Rheumatology at the University of Utah School of Medicine in Salt Lake, Utah.

Dr. Liu is board certified in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology through the American Board of Internal Medicine.

He is a member of various medical societies including the American College of Rheumatology, the Utah Medical Association, and now the Texas Medical Association.

Dr. Liu has been practicing Rheumatology in Utah since 2019 and is excited to move back home to Texas.

Taylor Warmoth, M.D.

Dr. Warmoth is a Lubbock born and raised physician. She graduated from Texas Tech School of Medicine in 2016 and completed her training in internal medicine at Texas Tech. She was then accepted to the fellowship program in rheumatology at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas. She completed her fellowship in July of 2021.

She is board certified in both rheumatology and internal medicine.

Dr. Warmoth treats multiple conditions including osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, psoriatic arthritis, fibromyalgia, scleroderma, gout, dermatomyositis, sarcoidosis, polymyalgia rheumatica, and ankylosing spondylitis. She is thoroughly trained in joint injections in order to best help reduce her patients’ pain and inflammation. She is also interested in the effects of diet in those with autoimmune conditions. The daughter of a retired colonel and physician, Dr. Warmoth is particularly interested in treating veterans.

Outside of the clinic Dr. Warmoth enjoys spending time with her husband (Dr. Daniel Cordoba, a nephrologist, also practicing in Lubbock) and their pets. Together they love traveling, cooking, and learning about architecture. They both feel very lucky to be back at home in Lubbock!

Ravyn Barr, FNP

Ravyn received her Diploma in Nursing from Covenant School of Nursing in 2013 followed by her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University Health Science Center. In 2018, she graduated with her Masters in Nursing from West Texas A&M University and received her Nurse Practitioner Certification through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Outside of work, Ravyn enjoys spending time with her husband and son. They particularly enjoy spending time outdoors and watching sports.

Autumn Beasley, FNP

Autumn received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from West Texas A&M University followed by Masters in Nursing from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. She was inducted into Sigma Theta Tau, the international Honor Society in nursing.  She received her Nurse Practitioner Certification through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She joined Arthritis & Osteoporosis in 2015 and serves as a Nurse Practitioner for Dr. Bushan and Dr. Calmes.

Lynsey Blankenship, FNP

Lynsey received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center followed by her Master of Science in Nursing from West Texas A & M University. She was inducted into Sigma Theta Tau, the International Honor Society of Nursing and received her Nurse Practitioner Certification through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Lynsey has a passion for healthcare and treating patients with chronic conditions. She joined Arthritis & Osteoporosis Associates in 2021 and serves as a Nurse Practitioner for Dr. Del Giudice.
