Feel free to bring any past medical records and x-rays that you may wish your doctor to review. Be sure to bring a list of all medications you are currently taking. IF you belong to an HMO, please make sure your primary care physician has sent a referral to our office. Please arrive 15 minutes early for you appointment in order to register. You will be asked to fill out necessary papers for our office to obtain your personal and insurance information.
What to expect during your office visit
On your first visit, your doctor will listen to the description of your condition and ask you specific questions regarding your complaint. Your complete medical history will be reviewed along with any pertinent medical records. A complete physical examination will be performed. In some cases, treatment plan will be recommended based on this information. Additional lab work, x-rays, or scans may be necessary to develop a plan of treatment. Completion of this evaluation may require a follow-up appointment.
